Radiance Duo is a fixed set of two separate research vials: GHK-Cu 50 mg and L-Glutathione 1500 mg. Each compound keeps its own identity, labeled strength, and certificate record. The set is sold as one catalog item. Components cannot be removed or swapped in this version.

Open the certificate associated with each component. Certificates report the specific sample and lot tested; the certificate strength is shown plainly below.

Certificate scope: Results apply only to the sample and lot identified in each document. A lot-specific certificate should be checked against the vial received before research begins.
Each vial is cataloged on its own research pathway. The diagram names the two components. It does not describe a combined mechanism.
A three amino acid copper peptide first isolated from human plasma in 1973. Studies have measured collagen and glycosaminoglycan production in fibroblast culture, copper delivery to copper-dependent enzymes, and changes in gene expression.
A thiol tripeptide of glutamate, cysteine, and glycine. Studies have measured the GSH:GSSG ratio, glutathione peroxidase and glutathione S-transferase reactions, and Nrf2/HO-1 pathway signalling.
The set covers the research areas already recorded for each catalog compound. A shared shipment does not make the compounds interchangeable.
Collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis have been measured in fibroblast culture, including wound-closure and dermal-ageing models. Hair-follicle size and hair-cycle transition are separate preclinical endpoints on the GHK-Cu record.
GHK-Cu chelates copper(II). Copper-dependent enzyme activity, including lysyl oxidase and superoxide dismutase, and expression changes across a large gene set are the other recorded research areas.
The reduced-to-oxidized glutathione ratio is a standard measure of oxidative stress. Direct scavenging by the cysteine thiol and glutathione peroxidase reactions, including GPx4 in ferroptosis research, are recorded on the L-Glutathione page.
Glutathione S-transferase conjugation of electrophiles, and signalling associated with the Nrf2/HO-1 antioxidant-response pathway, are the other recorded research areas. One bond is a gamma-glutamyl linkage, which is why most peptidases do not cleave it.
This set is not one molecule. Each vial keeps the formula and strength from its own catalog record.

No. Radiance Duo is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription option on this page.
The GHK-Cu certificate linked here is a 50 mg sample, lot C3M9KQ, reported purity 99.75%. The L-Glutathione certificate is a 1500 mg sample, lot CPE57R, reported purity 99.40%. Each result applies only to the sample named in that document.
Match the lot identifier on each vial against its accompanying certificate or the COA Library. Contact support if a lot-specific document is not available.
Store each lyophilized vial at -20°C, protected from light and moisture. The GHK-Cu record also notes stability for up to 24 months at that temperature. Reduced glutathione oxidizes readily once it is in solution, so the lyophilized vial is the storage form.
